The production process of the egg tray production line - pulp molded egg tray production line consists of three systems, namely pulp system, molding system, drying system (forming system).

First, the egg tray production line pulping system This is the first stage of the production process of molded pulp products. As the name implies, pulping is the process of mixing raw materials into a specific slurry and delivering it to a molding machine. It includes crushing raw materials, removing impurities, dredging, adding fillers or additives, grinding, mixing, slurry transportation and other processes, involving hydraulic pulpers, pulpers, mixers, mud pumps, pipelines, and other major equipment.

Second, the egg tray production line forming system This is the second stage of the production process of molded pulp products. The so-called molding means that the molding machine uses the slurry provided by the pumping system to form a product wet blank on the surface of the mold by vacuum adsorption of a vacuum system and then transfers it to the machine by a molding machine. The positive pressure system of the air compressor enters the drying process. The main equipment of the molding system includes a molding machine, a mold, a vacuum pump, a steam-water separator (vacuum tank), an air compressor, a gas storage tank, and the like. The molding machine is one of the main equipment for the production of pulp egg trays (box). Its function is to make wet blanks. It is an important carrier and organic combination. The molding function of the mold, the absorption and filtration functions of the vacuum system, and the transfer and release functions of the positive pressure system can only be reflected by means of a molding machine. Third, the egg tray production line drying system This is the third stage of the pulp molding product production process. The wet billet of the pulp molded product transferred from the molding machine to the drying system typically contains about 75% water. Usually, the water is removed by drying. The drying system includes a heat source, a drying conveyor channel, a product conveying device, an intake and dehumidification device, and the like.

No waste water or waste gas is discharged during the production process, and water is circulated during the production process. The main raw materials used are various forms of pulp, which are abundant in source and low in price. Therefore, equipment and products meet environmental requirements.

It can mass produce a variety of food containers, egg trays, lunch boxes, plastic packaging containers, plastic ceilings, embossed doors, various automatic parts, luggage and various hygiene products.

Currently mainly used in the production of apple paper trays and egg trays.
